Copywriter for Baby/Maternity Shopping Website – 90,000+ Words

We are currently developing a huge baby/maternity/kids shopping website that requires content for the main eCommerce section (category descriptions) and content for the Buyers’ Guide section.

We are in search for an SEO savvy website copywriter with extensive experience in this industry.

Job Specifications

Here is a breakdown of the job:

Niche: Baby & Maternity
Buyers’ Guide Articles required: 120 articles
Word count for the Buyers’ Guide section: 54,000 words
75 of the 120 Buyers’ Guide Articles would be rewritten or spun (roughly 32,000 words) – we would be publishing these articles on external sites.
Main site content articles required: 225 articles
Word count for content on the main site: 11,000 words

SEO Requirements

So a total word count for the entire site is: 97,000 words

You would also be expected to carry out the following SEO tasks:

Undertake keyword research to generate the following for each article you write:

Meta-keywords or tags
Title Tag [70 – 100 characters]
Meta Description [160 – 180 characters]

Note to Applicants

We would be accepting proposals from individuals as well as from organisations.

The site must be written in Standard UK English
The writer must be SEO savvy and be aware of principle of inter-linking with anchor keywords

Excel Data Analyst for eCommerce Website

An exciting new opening for an Excel Data Analyst has arisen in one of our web development projects that would appeal to a student or trainee interested in gaining work experience in an eCommerce environment; as an Excel Data Analyst, you will be required to manage product information records in spreadsheets coming from our numerous suppliers.

You would manage the re-categorisation of all product records to fit the set categorisation structure of our site we have pre-defined.

All of the 50,000+ product records would come in excel spreadsheets in different structures.

You would be expected to understand and re-strucuture them to fit our site’s categorisation structure.

You would also be expected to document the re-structure that is to power our rules based product import engine which is to handle the automatic categorisation of data coming through in the future.

We would be paying between £6 – £8 / hour on a 20 hour per week basis.

The project is to last for about 4 weeks and hiring of the successful candidate would commence immediately.

We are looking for a highly experienced and talented UI expert with extensive WordPress experience to develop a client’s corporate site. We require a professionally designed website on WordPress as it’s CMS. Our clients already have a brand identity and would like their website designed around what they have at the moment.

We would like it to be 100% built on Word Press and so require a custom Word Press theme designed together with a range of plugins and an enquiry form.
