First Google Toolbar PageRank Update in 2011 Taking Place Now….

Google’s head of web spam – Matt Cutts has just announced (via Twitter) that Google’s latest Toolbar PageRank update is to be rolled out in the next few days.
As of yesterday (January 21st), some webmasters had already started noticing Toolbar PageRank updates on their sites (I actually noticed an update on a client’s site but was unsure if it was an update).
This toolbar update would be the first major update since April 2010 – that is almost 9 months! It was expected much earlier because PageRank updates usually tend to occur every quarter.

Second Google PageRank Update in 2009 – May 27, 2009

Just wanted to let you know that the Google Toolbar PageRank update for 2009 is currently in progress. Although at the time of writing this post, it is yet to be confirmed by Google, folks out on twitter started reporting updates from May 26th.  Some of our clients’ sites have been updated with PageRank increases :)

PageRank Update

Did anyone notice the Google Toolbar PageRank update on New Year’s eve? The head of Google’s webspam team, Matt Cutts confirmed it on twitter and on his blog. Most of our sites and clients sites have gotten updated…for the better with improvements :)
